The Company maintains CCTV coverage of its retail environments and this data is recorded for the sole purpose of law enforcement requirements and health and safety issues only. The data is unreviewed by the Company, unaltered, segregated and the retention policy is 20 calendar days. The submission of CCTV data to law enforcement is undertaken at their formal request. The photo identification will be held for the duration of the part exchange / buy in transaction and for a period of 3 months thereafter. Once this transaction has concluded this data is confidentially disposed. This data is not sold to a third party and kept confidential to the company and for the sole purpose of law enforcement on part exchange / buy in hardware.
